Solar Gates is cranking up the chaos (in the best way possible!) with two cracking new additions to our talented crew. Joining the fray are Gareth Dorian, our new Account Manager, and Scarlett Roberts, taking on the role of Prison Rehabilitation and Welfare Consultant. Trust us when we say these two bring more than just experience—they bring a wealth of lived expertise, wit, and integrity.
First up is Gareth Dorian — not new to Solar Gates – the last time you saw him with us was at our infamous ‘Party on the Heath’ in 2021. Where Gareth was a stand-up comic. With experience in connected vehicles, electric vehicles and ports, Gareth has a wealth of experience and is taking on a new challenge of Account Manager with us. We are excited to welcome him to our team.

Scarlett is intelligent and close to the bone with a past that gives her a unique insight into the realities faced by the prison population. But it’s her passion for positive change that really packs a punch. She’s all about creating genuine opportunities for those needing a second chance, and her unwavering belief in the power of rehabilitation.
