SOLAR  GATES UK Announce Launch of NEW INSTABOOM Lite

Solar Gates UK are delighted to announce the launch of the NEW INSTABOOM Lite, which available now for hire via their delivery partner, SRL.

INSTABOOM Lite, the little brother of the award winning INSTABOOM, is designed for short duration traffic management. With all the safety and low carbon features of INSTABOOM, but in a compact, two person lift, format – it really is LITE in weight – not in features.

The rugged, portable, barrier is fully mobile and solar-hybrid powered, delivering instant work zone protection to highway staff. Compatible with the NEW Wireless GS6, the two together ‘raise the bar’ on overhead hazard protection.

Features include:

• PORTABLE – at just 48kgs, it’s a 2 person lift from a van or flatbed
• RUGGED – designed for uneven worksite terrain
• QUICK – deployed in under 1 minute
• SAFE – provides a quick and easy safety buffer zone for highway staff
• CONTROLLED – supplied with a long-range rugged radio fob, upgrade to intercom/keycode/call to open
• COMPATIBLE – with the NEW Wireless GS6, providing rapid over height strike protection
• TELEMATICS – as standard, optimal fleet performance and email alerts
• SOLAR – hybrid solar/110V top up provides up to 7 days run time between charging

Following hugely successful road trials on M25 overnight closures with Connect Plus and Balfour Beatty, INSTABOOM Lite has already proven to be a successful addition to the Solar Gates UK range of solar, mobile barrier products.
