Through our constant use and development of innovative technology, our new divisions, SOSEC & INSTABOOM are showcasing the world's first mobile solar powered barrier systems, protecting construction staff and sites and saving carbon.

Engineering and Production Assistant, Full Time

£24-28k, subject to relevant skills and experience. Profit share bonus with benefits package including healthcare & pension.

• Assist in the production of a range of gates, barriers and access control systems to a high standard
• Undertake a range of production processes including CNC folding, mechanical and electrical assembly
• Carry out on hire and off hire equipment quality checks and record results
• Work with a range of industrial equipment and observe high standards of safety and quality
• Follow the direction of team leader to ensure correct production processes are followed
• Work to strict deadlines to ensure customer orders are delivered on time, every time
• Assist with delivery, installation and on-site training of solar barrier units

• High attention to detail and personal standards
• Safety aware and not willing to cut corners
• Practical hands-on person with experience of using hand tools
• Happy to follow direction and take initiative
• Dedicated to the goal
• Experience gained in the building/ construction industry would be beneficial but not essential if willing to learn a new sector
• Self-starter, energetic and an excellent communicator
• Good understanding of web based data packages
• UK Driving licence
• Team player with personality!
